Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
We specialize in custom-crafted products. Because these items are uniquely created for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives a high-quality product they are proud to own. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work, the materials, or if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to making it right.
